At Action Arena, we prioritize flexibility for all players while managing our high-demand game room schedules. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session or need to cancel your booking:

• No monetary or cash refunds will be credited to bank accounts or cards.
• The full amount paid for the cancelled session will be preserved as a Next Booking Credit Balance.
• You can use this credit toward any future game room, laser maze, or arena experience at Action Arena within its validity period.

Players are encouraged to reschedule their session instead of cancelling whenever possible:

• Rescheduling can be managed directly through your Action Arena User Dashboard or by contacting venue support prior to your reserved slot.
• Time slot transfers are subject to real-time slot availability for the target date and game duration.
• No additional fee is charged for the first date transfer request.

To redeem your compensated next-booking credit:

• Compensation credits remain valid for 180 days (6 months) from the original booking date.
• When creating your next booking, present your previous Booking ID or register with your saved email/phone number.
• Our system will automatically deduct your compensated credit balance from the total payable amount.
